Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email at sac@domusmodern.com or through our Contact page at www.domusmodern.com. If your return is approved, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package.
Please note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and work to make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the desired item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method.
